The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking a proactive, solution focused Business Support Administrator to help enable services in the Housing Directorate. The post holder will require strong organisational and record keeping skills, be able to work at pace in a busy working environment and have strong attention to detail.

The successful candidate can expect to input data and draft performance reports, assist with Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information Requests, support with complaints handling, allocate work items on IT systems and take minutes.
