Summary/Objective:

Glow Networks is a telecommunication staffing and consulting company based in Dallas, TX. We are seeking a Business Operations Support, to work in Andover, MA 01801 location.


Note:
THIS POSITION IS 100% ONSITE WORK. THIS IS NOT REMOTE.
This is not JR PM Role. This is more of a Bus Ops support role.
This is customer service order management. The role is customer facing.
Candidates that have been successful in this role in the past have been in roles in order management, customer service/comms; supply chain support; sales support.
Over qualified candidates will be rejected.


HPEFS Asset Upcycling is a commercial IT service offering for processing retired customer owned assets. The service may be structured as a one-time event (a Takeout) or an ongoing outsourced service (Programmatic engagement). The AUS service portfolio consists of several offerings to including onsite packing, reverse logistics, processing of returned assets as preparation for resale, storage, repair and exchange of Customer owned inventory.

The Role:

  • In this role you will provide end-to-end support to programmatic customers when product is returned to one of our HPEFS authorized processing facilities.
  • Your responsibilities will include working and reporting on all areas to update customer monthly settlements by monitoring assets as they are received, processed and moved to final disposition.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly customer settlement reports
  • As an AUS team member, provide ongoing support to help manage overall delivery performance and ensure on-time customer settlements.

Education and Experience/Qualifications Required

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 3 – 5 years of experience in a business related function, preferably a sales support or customer service role
  • Broad knowledge of sales processes and customer service
  • Superior communication skills both, written and verbal
  • Professional experience in sales admin support job with administrative & clerical support for sales and in sales for advanced level role.
  • Experience in working cross-organizationally to achieve goals
  • Experience in maintaining strong working relationships and effective lines of communication with internal partners
  • Experience in responding to a wide-range of inquiries and the development of appropriate action plans
  • Ability to communicate and resolve complex issues independently
  • Time management skills
  • Excellence in planning and structuring of complex tasks, manage assignments and follow up through completion
  • Exhibits sound business judgement and has a solid understanding of basic financial concepts and fundamentals
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization to meet or exceed stated performance expectations and commitments


Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (expert) to maintain several large spreadsheets; build formulas to maximize efficiency; understand how to build and present graphs, charts and pivot tables.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts. These include Logistics and transportation, Inventory management (multiple warehouses), management of customer owned inventory and redeploy order management.
