We are currently seeking a Full Time Business Manager in Maine. The ideal candidate will live in the Bangor/Bucksport/Ellsworth area with ability to travel in the Maine area.

Job Summary:

The Business Manager will have oversight of MDS coordinators and Maine finance for Magnolia Assisted Living and all 9 locations in Maine.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· MDS Coordinators

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Oversight of MDS Coordinators

· Budgeting for all properties, including staffing budgets

· Oversight of all Maine Finance

· Oversee payroll and time sheet management

· Inventory for supplies and food

· Collect Rent for all 9 facilities in Maine

· Identify and report areas of improvement opportunities

· Anything else identified by VP as necessary

Required Skills/Abilities:

· MDS and finance experience a must

· Health administration background preferred

Education and Experience:

· MDS Certified required

· 1 year finance experience required or Bachelor's degree in finance

· Management experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· May require prolonged periods of standing, moving and bending.

· Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
