As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you will be part of launching this new role, working with a tight-knit, entrepreneurial and ambitious team, and growing our division while also building your career!

Job Summary:


As an BDM, your primary responsibilities will include uncovering new business opportunities within new prospects and existing customers, generating meetings and revenue, qualifying existing leads, liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and persona’s across all industries and job levels (including senior management) to help enable customer success and support Altair’s goals.

You will report directly to the Vice President, Client Engineering Services.


What you will do in your role:

· Identify, prospect, and hunt new opportunities through networking, social networks, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques

· Conduct market & territory research on targeted accounts, verticals, competition and more

· Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan, meeting, or exceeding monthly targets

· Create and deliver qualified opportunities to recruiting team

· Cooperate with Marketing, Account Managers and Sales Supervisor to support account strategies, tactics, and value propositions

· Develop and consolidate activity reports on monthly activity, industry / region / etc

· Capture, maintain, and expand the regional customer and prospect database

What skills and experiences you will need to be successful in this role:


Basics :

· Prior experience in sales or internship experience in recruitment, or sales
· You must be a People Person!
· A team player, highly energetic, self-motivated, confident and results oriented
· Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
· Full professional fluency in English, Spanish is a plus
· Able to generate and qualify leads through creative thinking and taking initiative
· Knowledge of MS Office, CRM
· Honest, accountable, assertive, organised, and systematic
· Bachelor’s degree

· Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities
