What You’ll Do As Our Next Sales Manager:

  • Lead & maintain a winning & objectives-driven sales strategy within the Flooring Industry.
  • Ensure that profitability goals for the territory are consistently achieved and exceeded.
  • Design and implement forward-thinking methods for increasing sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Understand your customer and build relationships with companies / suppliers that are built to last!
  • Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news.
  • Drive new business oportunities from intial outreach to production/performance

Our Ideal Business Development Executive Candidate Should Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college/university or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of related sales management experience. Wholesale sales or flooring experience a plus
  • Ability to write reports & business correspondence
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly
  • Experience with Profit & Loss statements
  • Ability to understand & effectively communicate numerical data and to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
  • Wholesale sales or flooring/kitchen & bath experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
