THE ROLE

FivePoint Solutions is seeking to add two (2) experienced Business Analysts to bolster the organization's ability to deliver our customized CaseWorx solution to clients across the continent. CaseWorX is a case management application customized for judicial and school safety applications. Business Analysts are tasked with working alongside the Project Manager to collaborate with small dynamic teams of Developers and Quality Assurance Specialists in the delivery and implementation of our solutions.

Preferably, the position would be working out of our Lexington, SC offices but consideration will also be given to remote candidates within the United States or Canada. Candidates must be citizens or green card holders eligible to receive the necessary security clearances.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You love the world of business analysis and the action of translating business requirements into technical specifications. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. While not necessarily an experienced developer yourself, these roles would benefit from a strong understanding of the software development process. You have a desire to provide exceptional customer service in the delivery of our solutions to our government clients.

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of core technical business analysis experience working with software developers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in leading JAD sessions
• Experience creating work tickets and acceptance criteria
  
• A degree Computer Science, Software Engineering or Management would be preferred
• Must be a US or Canadian Citizen or Green Card holder eligible for CJIS clearance
• Experience in or knowledge of the School Safety space would be considered a tremendous asset
• A desire to work collaboratively with a dynamic team of exceptional individuals to deliver solutions that have the ability to make our world a better place!
