Overview:

Under supervision of the Manager - IS Analysis Services, leads assigned team projects where appropriate. Acts as a coordinator between programming staff and customer to define system scope and requirements. Utilizes business knowledge of managed care to serve as a resource on various projects. Ensures the Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the department's operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Five years experience required, preferably in health care, health insurance, or information systems; One to three years of computer-related experience in health care area is preferred;
• Education: High School diploma with at least five years experience working health care, health insruance or informations systems. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications: None
• Other: Good analytical and communication skills.
