TITLE: Business Analyst- Data
Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Compensation Range : ( 60-75/hr, Conversion Salary- $115,000-125,000)
The Data-focused Business Analyst will work closely with the team to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating reports and visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear and concise way. In addition, the Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate those needs into data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate those needs into data-driven solutions
- Create reports and visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear and concise way
- Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics that track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes
- Identify and implement best practices for data analysis and reporting
- Work with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, data visualization, and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise way
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide recommendations for solutions
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
