The role:

As a Business Analyst you have the opportunity to apply your analytical thinking and business acumen skills. You will work closely with the operational leaders to extract data, analyze, identify patterns and trends, and make logical conclusions. Bring your problem-solving skills to the table to find creative and effective solutions to problems. You will convey information and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences through various mediums such as emails, presentations, and visuals. Your friendly disposition and strong communication skills will serve you well as you interface with various team members. As you persevere to find data points and solutions to better improve our processes, your positive disposition will be your greatest tool. You must be able to take initiative and drive projects forward while working well with others and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Further develop a management consulting skill set of framing complex problems into digestible ideas
• Lead discovery meetings with clients to understand challenges and opportunities faced by our clients
• Present to executive leaders and a broad range of stakeholders
• Extract, track, organize, and enter data to facilitate meetings and propose solutions.
• Identify areas where technology automation and solutions can improve the efficiency or effectiveness of business processes.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations that lead to tangible improvements for the company and its clients.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as internal teams and clients, and effectively communicate and collaborate with them.
• Plan, organize, and manage projects and tasks effectively.

Apply if you have:

• 2-3 years of experience in analytics, management consulting or both
• A Bachelor's degree in any business related field, preferably analytics.
• An expertise in Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• A technical background with analytical technology.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to pay close attention to the details and ensure accuracy in your work.
• A good understanding of business processes and operations.

Even better if you have:

• Experience framing problems and calculating ROI across difficult industries
• The ability to adapt to changing requirements and shifting priorities.

Compensation and featured benefits:

• The pay for this position is $70,000 to $80,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location
