Position Description:
A. Manage 4-5 calendars on behalf of executives (calendar invites, rescheduling, prioritizing with executive, sending reminders, etc.) b. Drafting email communications on execs' behalf c. Occasional support with planning travel when execs come to Dearborn (booking rooms in World Headquarters, planning across their calendars) d. Must be a professional communicator: written, orally e. Must be proactive, prompt and willing to jump in when priorities change f. Must be excellent with time management; must be very organized; must be reliable and self-motivated g. Outlook, Microsoft Office, & MSFT Teams skills mandatory – bonus if they know Jira, Rally and have some sort of PM and/or financial/accounting background h. Degree preferred, but will accept years of experience i. Manage LL5+ birthdays & anniversaries & inform me/SVP to celebrate & acknowledge Manage LL5+ team addresses & send cards on behalf of SVP
