Business Affairs Coordinator

This is a part time, fully remote role.

MAX BILL RATE 75

Location: Remote (EST strongly preferred)

Hours: Part Time ~10 hrs a week

Duration: Long term for right fit

The Business Affairs Coordinator will advise on talent, copyright, trademark and IP issues as it relates to client advertising.

About 80% of all consumer-facing marketing is done in-house, including linear, OLV and STV video, digital, social media, print and photography across various lines of business.

The Business Affairs Coordinator will work closely with the production and creative teams, client legal team, and LM Advertising.

Qualifications:

5 years of business affairs or legal affairs experience, in the advertising industry

Advertising agency experience required

Knowledge of advertising mediums and platforms, including broadcast, social, digital, email, OOH, print

Familiarity with SAG/AFTRA talent management and commercials contract

Understanding of image and music usage rights

Strong judgment, time management and decision-making skills
