We are seeking a(an) Burn Technician for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

Reports to the Charge Nurse and Service Line Director, with direction from the Registered Nurse. This position is responsible for providing high quality, individualized basic care activities.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Detailed knowledge of appropriate burn dressing modalities and their applications processes
• Current experience in pre and post operative dressing assessment and dressing care
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
• Completion of Nursing Assistant course preferred
• Current CNA certification preferred
• 6 months experience in acute burn care setting (peds and adults) preferred
• Current experience in Hydrotherapy preparation, set-up, assistance, and cleaning preferred

Hours: Full time, day shift
