Job description
We are looking for a Superintendent in New York City.
MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19
HOUSING NOT PROVIDED
This candidate must be able to perform the following:
- Provide routine and preventative maintenance
- Complete regular minor electrical and plumbing repairs. Shut off electrical or plumbing if major repair is needed.
- Log and maintain the work orders initiated during shift
- Assist painters and housekeepers when assigned
- Additional work when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
