Job description

Role: Communicate and educate patients on the differences and preferences of cannabis products. Handle sales and upselling aspects of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate inventory levels to store management (product and business supplies)
• Staying up to date and knowledgeable with different cannabis products
• Staying knowledgeable on current inventory and promos
• Upselling product per patients desires
• Informing all patients of current promo’s throughout sales process
• Knowing prices without use of computer
• Recognizing VIPs and regulars
• Updating management regarding product requests
• Staying knowledgeable on expiration dates of product
• Keeping work environment clean at all timesEspecially when not working with customer

Cleaning/dusting display shelves

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked with current inventory
• Ensure all product has relevant price tags
• Ensure all product is categorized properlyIndica/Sativa/Hybrid

Prices

• When stocking inventory, utilize First In - First Out methods
• Professional demeanor and aesthetic upon clocking in to start work
• On time and punctual regarding work schedule

Required work experience:

You must have some sort of retail experience, cannabis dispensary experience preferred.

Skills required:

- Clear communication skills

- Friendly with great customer service

- Knowledge of cannabis products and strains. (Indica, sativa hybrid, different weights, different types of extractions/products, brands)

- Organizational skills

Compensation:

$15 - $18/hr

Tips are split among team members
