Position Details
BROAD FUNCTION:
Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide for the development, application, monitoring, and fiscal
compliance of RESA programs and grants.
Provide guidance and problem-solving services to staff at all levels in the understanding, application, implementation,
and auditing of the accounting and payroll systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program and grant budget guidance, review, problem resolution, and development.
Budget monitoring, development, and uploads.
Maintain cash flow worksheets and monitor cash process compliance.
Process, review, and approve bank and investment reconciliations.
Review and approve journal entries.
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and regulations, including sufficiency of documentation.
Provide payroll and retirement reporting and analysis.
Ensure timely recording of all general ledger entries.
Ledger monitoring, reconciliation, and analysis.
Monitor and review accounts receivable.
Monitor, review, and resolve workshop accounts.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
