Phillips Hardy is a family-owned company that focuses on heavy-civil, highway and bridge work across the Midwest. Currently, we need a Heavy-Highway Bridge Superintendent to lead and support our crews in Missouri.

What we need:

- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills with a diverse group of individuals.

- Strong results driven leadership abilities.

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.

- Deadline orientated with ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly while applying critical thinking.

- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, and project schedules.

- Knowledge of topographical survey methods and ability to understand/interpret that data.

- Excellent mechanical skills, specifically, fractions, percentages ratios, and proportions to practical field quantity situations.

- Calm, professional, business-minded attitude.
