Job description

Our restaurant is looking for a new server to provide exceptional hospitality to our patrons. Server duties include taking orders from customers, making recommendations and describing various menu items with their ingredients. Since this is a high-volume restaurant, you will have to be able to manage multiple tables at once. Communication skills are critical for such a role, as you will coordinate with the kitchen staff and other servers to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly. Most importantly, you should have previous experience as a server or similar position as well as excellent people skills!

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with outstanding service by communicating complex preparation and cooking instructions in a clear and engaging manner.
• Complete all tasks accurately and on time, while adhering to health and safety standards and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Clean dishes and maintain cleanliness of equipment, kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure the timely delivery of food to customers.
• Monitor the overall pace of business to ensure timely completion of guests' orders .
• Provide feedback about service standards to management team for improvement.
• Update management team on any issues that may arise during shifts (e.g. product shortage, food quality etc.).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
