This is a weekend position: Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 5:30 am until complete each day. Breakfast service runs from 6 am to 9 am daily; followed by cleanup and prep for the following day.

This position includes the preparation and service of breakfast, along with setup and break down of the breakfast area. Additional responsibilities include trash removal and the cleanliness of the pantry, lobby, and other areas to be described during the interview process (mopping, dusting, vacuuming, etc). This position is also primarily responsible for cleaning public areas, including the public bathrooms. You may be required to assist with additional deep-cleaning projects as well. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a flexible schedule and excellent customer service abilities.

You will also be required to complete closing duties, including the storage of reusable goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all utensils prior to use. Maintain the cleanliness of your work areas throughout the day.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.

Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.

Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e. g., small print).

Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
