The Comfort Suites Maingate East, located at 2775 Florida Plaza Blvd, is now hiring for Breakfast attendants.

The Buffet Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. Also responsible for setting up and breaking down the buffet service line.

Essential (partial list):

Service guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.

Perform opening and closing procedures and side-work duties according to station rotation assignment and established checklist.

Ensure that all tables and side stands are kept stocked, tidy, and clean.

Keep all beverages at least ¾ full (coffee, tea, soda, water, and lemonade).

Breakdown trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dish-room according to established standards.

Set-up and break down buffet.

Replenish buffet items as needed.

Before leaving, collect all trash from the service landings and take to/dispose in outside trash dumpsters per hotel procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
