Title: Brand Marketing Manager

Reports to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Brand Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social, digital support and advertising campaigns for Golden Tree Boutique Brands (Texadelphia, Fireside Pies, Heffs JCs Burgers); Oversee social, digital and Public Relations initiatives for the Golden Chick National Brand.

Job Duties:

• Partner across the Golden Tree Brand Team to develop and execute all marketing calendar strategies and initiatives for Golden Tree Boutique Brands
• Lead the social, digital and PR initiatives for all Golden Tree Brands
• Supervise Social and PR agencies on day-to-day activities
• Work in a collaborative fashion with Golden Tree brand team on all calendar initiatives
• Develop multi brand marketing initiatives for Golden Chick, Texadelphia and Fireside Pies, including:
• On-Line Ordering
• App
• Loyalty Programs
• Local Listing Management (LLM) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Maintains frequent communication and action list for outside and internal creative resources
• Oversee the production, inventory and fulfillment of all menu and marketing materials for Texadelphia, Fireside Pies, JCs Burgers Brands and Heffs Burgers
• Oversee the online Golden Chick Guest Relations & Communications process
• Oversee management of websites, seasonal updates and improvements
• Oversee direction, development, evolution and production of all branding and decor elements for the Golden Tree Boutique Brands:
• Fireside Pies all menu and promotional elements
• Texadelphia all menu and promotional elements
• JCs Burger Bar/Heffs Burgers all menu and branding elements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Advertising and/or Public Relations
• Must have experience building strong relationships and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the restaurant category, foodservice, or CPG preferred
