We're looking for a talented and entrepreneurial USA Brand Marketing Manager who has strong local marketing experience to join our Marketing Team. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in developing the marketing strategy and delivering key marketing campaigns & activities, with a focus on local and digital marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Help shape Getir US's external communications strategy: plan development and lead on and acquisition marketing strategy from OOH to influencer marketing with taking the lead on end of end ownership
• Responsible for in app communications, banners to emails designs sent to our customers
• Managing our social media and brand ambassador channel
• Work closely with internal teams and agencies, building strong relationships on leading the local marketing strategy & key initiatives, with a test and learn mindset
• Define & live and breathe brand positioning and brand identity guidelines, being a guardian for tone of voice.
• Be numbers driven and always provide ROI to new proposals and continuously monitor the performance of the existing campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and external trends bringing new ideas to the table to provide fuel for fast-reactive activities.
• Be 'hands on' as you'd expect in a young business that's got lots to achieve quickly.
• Support important business initiatives, such as driving courier engagement and student plan.

What You'll Bring

You Will Have:

• Min 6-8 + years' brand marketing experience
• Looking for experience in: consumer brand marketing, brand positioning, campaigns across multi-channels, marketing budgeting
• Someone who is creative yet business focussed/strategic, has fantastic ideas and implements them - is able to implement ideas/strategies from start to finish
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• A curious mindset that drives test & learn initiatives & shares key learnings across the business.
• An excellent track record of delivering results in a high-growth or strong consumer-led business.
• Experience in turning brand strategy into winning annual plans.
• Strong skills in using data & analytics to inform decisions and improve our marketing plans.

Key qualities we are looking for:

• Experience in managing marketing budgets, executional details and project timelines
• Experience in ATL campaigns (with the focus on OOH and streaming)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• Superb organizational skills. You're process driven, great at solving problems and you make decisions with confidence.
• Solid writing skills, and you'll be a stickler for detail. You have great communication skills and are confident in presenting and selling ideas.
• The initiative to make your ideas happen — you're a real self-starter.
• A good sense of humor & positive mindset. Fun is treated very seriously at Getir!

Salary Range

From $92,000 to $138,000
