Survey Merchandiser is looking for experienced Brand Ambassadors to work demos at local retail stores in Watertown, MA during weekends.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will hand out free samples to potential customers and provide an explanation of the different features that make each product unique. Products vary according to the brand, but you will mainly demo Food & Beverage (Snacks, Consumer Packaged Goods, Energy Drinks, etc.). You may be expected to buy $10 to $30 worth of product per demo. Purchases will be 100% reimbursed.

About the Work:

• Apply only if you have Brand Ambassador experience.
• Pay is $25 per hour, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App.
• Demos start immediately and will continue until April 30th.
• Visits will be scheduled during the weekends. (Saturdays and Sundays only - Both days).
• You can complete your demo in the morning or afternoon.
• A Demo Coordinator will be in touch with you prior to your first shift to ensure that you are set up for success.
• While on the job, directions will be provided in the Survey Merchandiser app along with any supplementary materials. You may be required to print marketing prior to the demo starting.

Required Materials:
You will be responsible for purchasing the materials needed and you will be reimbursed for all expenses 24 hours after you have successfully uploaded your survey in the App:

• 4' x 2' Table.
• Black table cloth.
• Cups, Bowls and Plates (as needed).
• Utensils (as needed).
• Funds to purchase product.

Tasks include:

• Bring your own table and table cloth to the store.
• Representing the brand professionally.
• Handing out free samples to potential customers while providing an explanation of features that make the product unique.
• Answering customer questions using the brand snapshot provided in the app.
• Setting up and breaking down the demo display.
• You may also be asked to enter information about products (availability, pricing, shelf position) as well as stock shelves, update product displays, and re-tag products.

Dress Code:

• Plain Hat, no logos, images, or sayings.
• Close-toed shoes (no sandals).
• Professional-looking pants, skirt or dress.
• Clean, non-wrinkled shirt with no logos, images or sayings (preferably collared).
• Generally well-groomed (clean and sanitary).

• All work is conveniently scheduled and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments and reimbursements.
• Payments are available to claim 6 days after successfully completing and uploading your assignment on the app. (reimbursements are processed within 24 hours).

About You:

• Must have reliable transportation to the job site, ability to arrive on time to and work the full shift.
• Must have a working iPhone or Android device with the Survey Merchandiser or Survey Retail application installed. Must have an active account with Survey.
• Must fill out the Application, Terms and Conditions, and may Review Training.
• Accurately convey brand messaging to customers.
• Present the brand and yourself professionally.
• Review Brand Snapshot and other training materials.
• Will be on your feet for the entire shift.
• Brand Ambassador experience is a must.
