Barrelsmith, a New England-based artisan ready-to-pour cocktail company, is looking to expand our in-store tasting program in order to increase brand awareness for our two-year-old product line.

This is part-time job that will largely involve gigs on Thursday, Friday (late afternoon to early evenings), Saturday (afternoons) and occasional Sunday afternoons. Though, for the right people, we can schedule around your availability in ways that are best for our retail customers. (The more tasting that you can successfully work, the more we will schedule.)

Bartending or hospitality experience is helpful, as the primary drivers of success are product knowledge, communication skills, and enthusiasm.

This is a nice gig for someone who has stepped away from full time work or works catering events and would like a few hours here and there. Most of these events are three hours long. Location is flexible as we'd like to be able to cover regions without creating needlessly long drives for anyone.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
