Looking for a professional, experienced bookkeeper/administrative assistant in our busy construction office.
MUST be detail-oriented and have working experience with QuickBooks and MS Office as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial. The candidate will also monitor daily emails, answer the phone, process invoices, accounts payable/receivable, collections, statements, bank reconciliation, other duties as assigned by CFO.

Job Details:
- QuickBooks Job Cost posting
- Invoicing, A/R, Collections
- Review vendor statements and reconcile accounts
- Progress billings
- Process AIA 703’s
- Manage lien waivers, contract billing
- Manage sub-contracts/agreements/purchase order payment processing and procedures
- Oversight of job cost reporting and job closeouts
- Monitor worker's comp and general liability
- Reconcile bank statements
- Issuing and recording all year-end reports: 1099, W2, etc.
- Effective record-keeping and document management
- Basic knowledge and understanding of AIA Billings (pay applications, draw schedule billing)
- Stock take and inventory control
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 9am – 5pm
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on education/experience
