BOH JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain up to date knowledge of recipes (both prep and cook), presentation, and food safety standards
• Follows recipes accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and cook food in accordance with company time standards
• Works well in a team environment, able to communicate and coordinate orders with coworkers
• Ability to read/understand English in order to execute orders accurately when rung in on a ticket
• Maintain cleanliness of station/kitchen line throughout operation- clean as you go

Job Requirements

• Be able to stand and work on your feet for 6 hours or more
• Have a reliable method of getting to work on time for all scheduled shifts
• Able to communicate with other cooks and wait staff
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi task and work well in high volume
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Perform other related duties including sidework, washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, organization, etc.

Pay: $11.00 - $19.61 per hour

• Dunedin, FL 34698: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
