About us
East Coast Tiki Tours is a small business in Township of Brick, NJ. We provide 2 hour Tiki Tour boat rides 7 days a week. We are customer-centric, social, fun and our goal is to provide a safe and fun ride for our Tiki Tour passengers.

We are looking for boat captains to lead tours of our Pontoon Tiki vessel on the Metedeconk River. The perfect candidate will be trustworthy, reliable, and responsible and has experience engaging with tourists.
Responsibilities:
- Must have Captains 6-Pack (or greater) license
- Drive and provide safe experience for 6 passengers, alone (no deck hand)
- Handle guest queries and complaints.
- Prepare boat for each tour
- Clear the boat of all passengers upon return to docking location.
- Clean boat between tours
- Manage customer expectations.
- Handle customer complaints and problem solving.
- Handle unexpected situations or crises.
- Ensure customer safety.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
