0.5 FTE (20 hrs/wk); Monday - Friday, business hours. This position will work primarily remote, with the requirement to come on-site as needed. Position will be based at the main St. Paul location.

In coordination with the CEO, General Counsel and Director of External Affairs, the Board of Directors Liaison provides strategic and administrative support regarding all matters related to the Board of Directors. All matters of the Board of Directors are at the direction of the CEO. The Liaison serves as a lead point of contact for the Board and participates in and supports Board governance matters. The Liaison manages all logistics related to the Board of Directors including those related to meetings, events, and other important communications. The Liaison is expected to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all Board matters.

The hourly wage for this opportunity is $36,077 annualized to $54,090 annualized, with a median wage of $45,084 annualized. Please note this is adjusted for the 0.5 FTE. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 year previous experience working with Board of Directors or Executives (providing administrative support, project management, operations, or event/coordination planning

Preferred:

  • Master's degree, J.D. preferred
