Our behavior analysts are responsible for supervising behavior analytic programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, as well as other developmental or behavioral disorders, and are responsible for managing a team of behavior technicians while given the tools to do so with ease and efficiency. Full-Time/Part-Time opportunities available!
- Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients
- BCI's Behavior Analysts oversee an average of 180 team hours weekly; 150 Clinical hours + 30 billable hours on average
- Mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians
- Write reports, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
- Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision
- Conduct regular parent trainings for family members
- They will treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority.
- Services may be delivered in home (primarily), school, or center-based settings across various locations within Massachusetts.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Effective supervisory skills
- Organizational and management skills
- Demonstrated competency with administrative tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
- Effective team player
- Reliable, positive, enthusiastic, flexible, hard working
- Regular access to a reliable vehicle
- Pass background check
