This position would be part of the Autism and Behavioral Services team, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach and treat children with autism. Most services will be provided in CDC’s Learning Centers, but we also offer in-home and community-based ABA when appropriate.

Position Summary:

We are seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are energetic and interested in working with a growing non-profit agency. We focus on providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. CDC emphasizes evidence-based treatment, strengths-based leadership, and a strong commitment to a team approach.

As a BCBA, you will be involved in functions such as comprehensive assessment, treatment plan development, writing treatment protocols, analyzing data and making instructional changes as indicated, training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and supervising students working towards their BCBA credential, among other responsibilities. Qualifications:

BCBA certification

Must have or be able to obtain an individual NPI and CAQH upon employment

Ability to obtain a current Montana Board of Psychologist license

Two years of related professional experience providing behavioral treatment to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities

One year of experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and/or students of ABA

Valid Montana driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check
