Job description
New England ABA is looking for Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our teams in Massachusetts where you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in Transforming Lives Together! We are staffing for various locations in Massachusetts (Quincy, Springfield, Acushnet, Fall River) with a RELOCATION allowance + up to $10,000 HIRING BONUS OPPORTUNITY!

Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certificate, and willingness to obtain a Massachusetts license (LABA)
  • Prior experience supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders
  • Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Must be able to apply for a MA driver's license and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings
  • Conduct parent/caregiver education & functional behavior assessment
  • Develop ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
  • Utilize evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
  • Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes, and case management
  • Provide clinical direction, training, and support to NEABA behavioral technicians
  • Opportunities to provide Supervised professional experience to NEABA staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision
