Southeast X-Ray is searching for a qualified, energetic, and highly skilled Billing Specialist.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience required.
• Finance degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous commercial collections experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• High level of integrity.
• Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables) required.

Job Duties:

• Research unpaid claims, denials, unapplied cash receipts, unidentifiable cash receipts, overpayments and various other payment discrepancies across multiple vendors.
• Monitor departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met.
• Recommend and implement process improvements when needed.
• Working with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate escalation resolutions with the Client's customers and team members.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
