Harding Containers is well established national container wholesaler based in Long Beach, CA. Established in 1992, we supply new and used ISO containers to both wholesale and retail accounts across North America. We have an opening for a self-motivated, energetic and detail oriented Billing and Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Long Beach team. Required Skills and Abilities:

* Proficiency in MS Office notably Excel and Outlook

* Working knowledge of Quick Books.

* Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Team player with positive attitude.

* Knowledge of the logistics/trucking businesses a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Invoicing

· Data entry and processing

· Track invoicing and collection history

· Monitor account aging reports and provide monthly updates on any issues

· Fulfill other assignments and task that are assigned by your supervisors
