About Access Bio:

Access Bio is dedicated to the early detection and diagnosis of infectious diseases through its research, development, and manufacturing of in vitro rapid diagnostic tests, biosensors, and molecular diagnostic products. In 2020, we obtained Emergency Use Authorization for COVID-19 diagnostic products from the U.S. FDA, and are contributing to improving public health by providing COVID-19 diagnostic solutions across the United States.

We are seeking a Production Operator(Clean Room) to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers. We are opening 1 shift, 1st(7 am ~ 4 pm).

Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to correctly assemble medical devices
• Comply with the policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the manager.
• Perform manual assembly and visual inspection of medical products.
• Complete line clearance, scrap records, training records, and other documentation as required.
• Complete routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields is preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload

Physical Demand:

• Must be able to regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds.
• Required to stand or sit depending on specific work station.
• Occasionally required to stand and walk
• Repetitive use of hands; simple grasping, controlled grasping and fine manipulation
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close, Distance and Peripheral vision.
• Ability to do repetitive work, requiring strong dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
