What You'll Do:

As our Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our benefit programs, ensuring they align with our benefits philosophy, trends, and local market practices. You will collect and analyze benefit data, trends, and surveys, and provide recommendations to management on the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of our offerings. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and evolving Billtrust's benefits and perks programs that aid in improving our employee's experience.

  • Manage benefit programs that align with Billtrust's benefits philosophy trends and local market practices
  • Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing benefit data, trends, surveys and renewal reports for management
  • Monitor and analyze benefits competitiveness and cost effectiveness of benefit offerings
  • Interpretation and analysis of claims, data & utilization reports and providing recommendations to management
  • Reviews the benefit programs and pro-actively participates in the full RFP process which includes the evaluation of new programs, changes to existing plan options and lead system updates, implementations and training as required
  • Conduct general benefits and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration in a timely manner to ensure all information is accurate
  • Lead new hire benefits training sessions to ensure employees understand our benefits offerings and how to enroll
  • Provide guidance on employee benefits-related questions, research and resolve benefits issues, partnering with appropriate management on escalated matters
  • Partner with team to monitor wellbeing programs and help identify trends through utilization review
  • Partner with other Centers of Excellence on the Talent (HR) team for overall process improvement, optimization

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Prior experience in a Corporate Benefits role – 2+ years' experience
  • Flexibility, able to adapt to change in work and priorities
  • Ability to effectively analyze data and provide relevant observations and recommendations
  • Knowledge of pre/post tax benefit deductions, fringe benefits, equity is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to efficiently perform several tasks concurrently and work independently in a deadline driven environment
  • International benefit experience is a plus

SALARY RANGE BELOW FOR COLORADO BASED APPLICANTS ONLY

Target Base Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 (bonus offered in addition to base compensation)

Billtrust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience and location.
