Clinical Supervisor (Spanish Speaking)
Job Overview
Allwel is looking for a strong (Spanish speaking) leader in the behavioral health field. The Clinical Supervisor manages an effective clinical service delivery team. The individual guides practitioners to assess clients’ mental health, develop suitable treatments, and make referrals. essential to this role is promoting the growth of the program.
You will select, train, evaluate, and motivate staff and ensure the quality of clinical documentation. Clinical supervision is critical to the success and quality of all CORE Services. Clinical supervision includes case consultation to address individuals with increasing psychiatric needs, referral to alternative services, risk management, and addressing any other health and safety concerns. Ensure regular availability to support quality care, staff morale and retention, and overall professional development.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Day-to-day workload management and coordination
- Training and onboarding of new staff
- Coaching and mentoring
- Teaching and supporting interventions required to provide defined services and components
- Completion of chart reviews and other quality assurance activities.
- Carry a caseload
- You will plan, develop, coordinate, direct, implement and evaluate the activities and service delivery of behavioral health programs within assigned region or service area; and to perform related work as required.
- Other duties as required by agency executive staff.
Qualifications
- Must have one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, LCSW, LMSW.
- Experience in BH and supervisory experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
Salary
$70,000 annually
