Chadds Ford Harley-Davidson is in search of a BDC Representative to help with online sales! The BDC Representative is responsible for helping customers answer questions about Harley-Davidson motorcycles and pass them along to the sales associates. The BDC Representative will be offered competitive compensation and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, employee discounts, and even a quarterly allowance for Harley-Davidson apparel!

Responsibilities:

• The Internet Sales Specialist is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, texts, email, etc., to include but not limited to inquiries on new and pre-owned motorcycles, internet leads, and providing general business information. (examples: upcoming promotions, upcoming events, directions, etc.)
• Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests
• Be available to respond to inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
• Respond to internet leads in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills via phone, one-on-one and online are a must.
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and use
• Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
• Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next level customer service.
• Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
