Hanna Imports is looking for a Sales Business Development Center Representative! We offer an outstanding pay plan - Hourly plus Commission!! We are a high volume dealer, so we have lots of potential customers for you! As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring, following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required.

Responsibilities
-
Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
-
Monitoring and contacting internet and phone leads
-
Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
-
Setting, confirming, and following up on customer inquiries
-
Maintains customer information into the designated software system
-
Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
-
Perform post sale follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction

Other duties as required
Qualifications
-
Automotive experience preferred, but not required
-
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships

Professional appearance and demeanor,

Excellent verbal/written communication skills

High school diploma or GED
-
Proven track record in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotive experience is preferred, but not required

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers

Strong-tasking and organization skills

Basic computer proficiency

Verifiable work history

Must pass pre-employment testing
