Main Duties
- Taking drink & food orders.
- Creating and serving beverages as well as serving food
- Using the Digital Dining system TOAST.
- Getting to know our guests.
- Maintaining a clean and efficient bar.
- Dealing with complaints.
- Accounting of bill payments.
- Closing & opening procedures.
- Working within the order of service.
- Operating a bar station and controlling the flow of drinks.
- Knowing all recipes.
- Attending all scheduled training as the menu constantly changes.
- Solid Understanding of the Wilde On The Porch culture.
