Job description
Sourdough Cuppa Joe in Hixson, TN is looking for baristas to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 6707 Hixson Pike. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and a team player. Starting pay is $9 to $11 per hour plus tips. Tips are worth an additional $2.50 to $3 per hour.
Responsibilities

*Prepare hot and cold drinks, food, and frozen custard in accordance with customer needs *Maintain a clean and tidy work area *Follow health and safety guidelines *Interact with customers regularly and professionally *Cleaning and stocking to set up the next shift *Leadership Opportunities are also available
Qualifications

*Proven working experience in food service is a plus *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *General availability to work during the hours of 12pm - 10pm. *
Friday and Saturday availability is required
