Lulu Green, an award winning, plant-based restaurant in Boston is looking for a passionate and talented Barista to join our growing team.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking to hire someone that is passionate about all things coffee and providing an exceptional experience to our guests. The ideal candidate is familiar with current coffee & specialty tea trends and wants to learn more and develop their craft. Barista experience with knowledge of manual espresso preparation is a is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Our Barista must thrive in a busy environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere. Baristas will be responsible for the preparation of all coffee, tea, and espresso-based beverages, handling payment for transactions, and all ancillary side work. Baristas will also help prepare smoothies as well as assist customers with pastries and retail items.

We are seeking individuals who have great communication skills, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, passion for hospitality, commitment to serving the highest quality food and drink, and who understand the importance of teamwork. Ability to multi-task is a must.
