PGA TOUR Golf Estate has an opening for a 52 week a year Salaried Hands-on Management position as a Banquet Chef.
- Plated events to 180 pax multi course
- Buffet events to 400 pax, HD's, Stations, Displays, Gared Manger & Master Cook experience to all heat transfer methods and banquet execution systems.
A+: Experienced in at least one of, Conference Resort, 500+ room hotel, Banquet Hall, Off premise and On-premises catering, commissaries.
Steady Job History - Hands On 90% of the time.
