BANQUET ROOM SETUP
$15.00 per hour
The Stella Hotel & Ballroom is looking for fun and outgoing people to join our Banquets team as part time Banquet Room Setup persons. The Stella Hotel & Ballroom is located in Kenosha and has 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a grand two-story ballroom.

As a Banquet Room Setup person on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
$15.00 per hour

As a Banquet Room Setup person on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include:
- Review and understand Banquet Event Orders or Event Plan to ensure banquet rooms are set as per the customer request.
- Timely set-up and break down of all meeting and banquet rooms.
- Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts and cordial carts.
- Remove china, glassware, silverware, etc. from tables at the conclusion of the meal period.
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
- Refresh rooms during lunch, replenish water glasses, water pitchers, and straighten chairs and place settings.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the meeting room.
The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities:
- One to two years of experience in a similar role in an upscale hotel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good personality and positive interpersonal skills.
- Dependability and regular attendance.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
