Edina Country Club is currently seeking part-time Banquet Servers.

Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to interact with other Club staff, members, and guests and will need to work with a variety of personalities on a daily and ongoing basis.
• Solid time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with others

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to members and guests during the Club’s various banquet event functions.
• The Banquet Server may also be responsible for the setup and tear down of meetings and events hosted for our members and guests in accordance with our outstanding service criteria.
• Compliance with all state and local liquor, health and smoking regulations as well as with Club policies. Maintains an overall understanding of serving and activities taking place.
• Must be available primarily for evening and weekend shifts.
• Commitment to providing a welcoming, friendly, courteous, efficient, well-timed and flexible experience for members and guests.

Minimum education and experience:

• Previous banquet experience in serving is required, preferable in a Country Club or similar setting.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desired.
