Porterville Ford has an immediate opening for an experienced Back Counter Person in Porterville, CA.

Automotive Back Counter Person Qualifications:

• Good Attitude with a ready to help mind set
• Must have three years of new car dealership back counter experience
• Customer Service skills, Computer skills, Phone skills, multitasking
• Experience is needed: Automotive repair, parts, distribution, etc. This is a fast paced, think on your feet job that requires some knowledge of how vehicles work and what parts relate to what the technician is asking

Automotive Back Counter Person Responsibilities:

• Wholesale account calls, parts look-up, Purchase orders, working closely with the service department
• Accurately fill customer parts requests and answer questions competently.
• Can you listen to a customer? Can you provide a great experience for them? Can you be part of a team?
• Want a job with a company that values its employees and their contributions?

Automotive Back Counter Person Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in typing and verbal phone skills
• You must be self-motivated to learn the craft and improve your skills
• Any dealership parts work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
