Description:

The onsite AV support technician will report to the customer's HQ in Basking Ridge, NJ M-F. They will be responsible for user support such as: getting meetings started, backend AV coordination, and overall management of AV in a corporate setting. We are looking for a candidate with about 3 years of experience who is looking for a long term opportunity and a willingness to learn new technologies and procedures. Candidate MUST be fully vaccinated.

• Strong client facing abilities including the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the Partner’s environment. • Ability to quickly understand Partner’s office culture and AV environment necessary to provide a high level of service ensuring end user satisfaction and continuous process improvement. • Working knowledge and operation of audio visual and videoconferencing equipment • Working knowledge of audio visual control system operation • Technical troubleshooting capabilities • Ability to maintain and optimize integrated room audio and video systems (including projectors, displays, digital signage, etc.) • Ability to perform routine system maintenance as required by various manufacturers. • Ability to learn and adhere to Partner’s standard policies and procedures including safety and security requirements.
