Technician and Mechanic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in light-duty automotive repair
- Expertise in servicing all makes and models, gas and diesel
- Valid driver's license
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- ASE Master Certifications desired, but not required
- Commitment to company growth and success, prioritizing employee and community wellbeing
