Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix vehicles, including recalls and module programming
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional service needed and provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
- ASE certifications preferred
- Ford Electrical Certification
- Strong automotive background and knowledge of wiring schematics
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
- This is a safety-sensitive position
