Upbeat & Welcoming Person to join our Service Dept Staff.

Duties Include: (but not limited to)

Answer Service Phone, Make Appointments & Communicate with Customers

Giving Status Reports on Their Vehicle & Follow-Up Contacting Day-After.

Initiate Appointment for Factory Recalls/Upgrades & Special Order Parts.

Capable of Recommending Needed Maintenance/Repairs, Especially

Factory Recommended Services Depending on Mileage.

Help with Resolution of Any Customer Not Completely Satisfied.

Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Building Strong Relationships

We would like you to be a Self-motivated Career Individual

Dependable with a Professional Appearance & Demeanor

Excellent Communication with Customers & Service Advisors

Able to Prioritize Multiple Tasks Effectively

Have Strong Organizational Skills & be Detail Oriented

Bilingual or Multilingual a Plus

Knowledge of Computer Skills & Ability to Use Dealership Program
