Automotive Service Advisor
Job description
Edwards Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at Village Pointe in Omaha, NE is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! This individual is responsible for meeting with customers about the mechanical issues with their vehicle while working directly with the Service Technicians to relay information and determine the best course of repairs for the vehicles. This person will be in constant contact with employees and customers and will demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Base plus commission $40,000-$80,000+ annual earning potential

- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians
- Informing customers about warranty protections and various programs and discounts
- Scheduling customers and understanding the work flow of the department
- Informing customers of changes as they come up and being in continuous contact with customers to make sure they understand the process each step of the way
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer focused demeanor
- Proficient typing skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
