We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused service advisor to join our team at our automotive service center. As a service advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive repair and maintenance needs, providing expert advice, and delivering top-notch customer service.

General job duties include:

• Greet customers and assist them with scheduling appointments, diagnosing issues, and selecting the appropriate repair or maintenance services.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure that they understand the nature of their vehicle's repairs, as well as the time and cost estimates involved.
• Create accurate work orders, obtain necessary authorizations, and ensure that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including work orders, estimates, and invoices.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. While maintaining High CSI scores.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends in order to provide customers with the best possible service and advice.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and customer management software.

Compensation based on experience and abilities

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
